That Time Of The Year, Already?

It is hard to believe but basketball season is right around the corner! WeAreColerain.com caught up briefly with Girls coach, Christi Mack to ask her about this coming season and this is what Coach Mack had to say:

"We are so excited about the upcoming season. We have a very young, athletic and talented group of girls this year. We will be quicker and more athletic than we have ever been. We have had the most girls come out for preseason conditioning and open gyms since I started coaching at Colerain in 2004. Senior shooting guard Ashley Wanninger has committed to play for Xavier University and many of our younger players are being recruited by multiple Division I colleges. As to be expected, our league will be evry tough again. Lakota West always picks up where they left off and Sycamore and Mason looked great over the summer. Every game will be tough this season and we hope to continue to have great fans follow our program."

The Lady Cardinals will have a 'Blackout' game this coming season and the kids are hoping for a big turnout in support! WeAreColerain.com will update the night the Blackout will occur as we get closer to the game. Please spread the word! Also, it is in the works that WeAreColerain.com will also do live Internet radio of select boys and girls home games this season. Stay tuned for announced dates!
