Colerain Volleyball would like to thank everyone who took part in our Volley for the Cure fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Our final fundraiser took place at Walt's Barbeque on September 21 and in just over 2 hours we raised over $235 for our cause. A special thanks to Walt's for their help and cooperation!!!! The final numbers raised overall will be figured soon and we let you know what Colerain and Northwest raised for Susan G. Komen.

In other news, the Colerain volleyball team stands at 5-5 right now. We have had our ups and downs but hope to remain on the upswing as we reach the middle of the season. We are finally at full strength with the return of senior setter and 3rd year Varsity letterwinner, Megan LaFary who has been out since the first match with mono. Megan returned to practice on September 21. Our next match is at the Lauren Breaux Memorial at Oak Hills High School at 10 am on Saturday September 26. JV matches will be held at Colerain and freshmen matches will be held at Oak Hills with varsity. Hope to see you there
