It was Little Cards Night at the Cage and the big Cards did not disappoint the little ones.

The Colerain Cardinals, behind a revamped offensive line, racked up 461 yards rushing out of its Triple Option offense en route to a 42-0 victory over Dupont Manual on Friday night. The Cardinals were led by Sr. QB Greg Tabar's 221 yards (1 TD) and Jr. FB, Trayion Durham's 131 yards (2 TD's). Jr. WB Tyler Williams chipped in with 2 touchdowns on 69 yards rushing and an electrifying 36 yard TD reception from Tabar.

The revamped offensive line saw Sr. Captain, Brandon Good, move from Center to Guard and Jr. OL, Lex Ehrenschwender, step in at the Center position. The line opened up the middle of the field and made for easy reads as Durham and Tabar had gaping holes to run through for most of the game.

The Colerain defense held the Crimsons to 167 total yards while pitching its first shutout of the 09 season. Manual was led by Jr. Marcus Helm's 82 yards rushing.
Next up for Colerain is a home game this Friday night as the Cardinals open up GMC play versus Lakota East.
