COLUMBUS, Ohio — The 2009 Associated Press Southwest All-District football teams, based on the recommendations of a media panel:
District Offensive POY was Middletown QB Caleb Watkins
District Deffensive POY was Lakota West LB Jordan Hicks

1st Team Offense: Linemen - Brandon Good, Cin. Colerain, 6-1, 265, SR
1st Team Defense: Punter - Greg Tabar, Cin. Colerain, 6-0, 180, SR
2nd Team Offense: Backs - Trayion Durham, Cin. Colerain, 6-1, 230, JR
2nd Team Defense: Linebackers - Jarrett Grace, Cin. Colerain, 6-4, 230, JR
Special Mention
Chris Dukes, Cin. Colerain, 5-9, 160, JR
Bam Harrison, Cin. Colerain, 5-10, 175, SR
Tyler Williams, Cin. Colerain, 5-7, 150, JR
Hard work, dedication, focus and TEAM support helped get these young men this special individual recognition. It is truly a testament to the continued level of excellence of Colerain football.
And for those JR’s on 2nd team and Honorable Mention…the work starts now for all of you to find yourselves on the 1st team next year as you help propel your 2010 Cardinal Football team to Canton and the program’s 2nd State Title!
